Leeds Play Network is introducing some exciting new posts into our structure to support the continued development of a short break contract secured from April 2013. We will be working, City wide, with disabled children and young people (0-18 yrs) to provide personalised support to families accessing short breaks. We work within universal settings to transform the quality and range of provision.
A recognised Level 2 Qualification or equivalent is essential for all posts.
