Leeds Play Network is a charity that was created in 1988 to support playworkers and promote the value of play for all children. We believe that play is the universal language of childhood. It is through play that children learn, make friends and make sense of the world around them. Play helps children develop their brain, stimulates creativity and problem-solving, promotes resilience and social skills and maintains physical, mental and emotional health.
At Leeds Play Network we take play seriously and work across the city to ensure children have access to quality play.
